		<description>Gentlemen, I feel your pain.  My great state of Wisconsin has already passed a smoking ban that will go into effect July 5th of this year.  I live where local government has already imposed a smoking ban so it&#039;s like being kicked again. What better way to help you celebrate Independence Day than by outlawing a legal activity the day after it.  Our group here in Northeast Wisconsin is fighting the same battle you face as existing &quot;cigar bars&quot; are few and far between here and the new law restricts any new establishment so if you weren&#039;t up and running by now you never will be.  Enjoy and support those last bastions of safe haven where we are allowed to congregate with fellow cigar enthusiasts and keep up the fight.  We sure are!</description>
